• The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• The request is made at least 48 hours before the start of the webinar or course.
• Technical issues from our end that prevent you from accessing the webinar or course.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• The request is made after the webinar or course has commenced.
• The request is made less than 48 hours before the start of the webinar or course.
• The user is unable to attend due to personal reasons not related to technical issues from our end.

3. Process for Refund Requests

 In the event that a webinar or course is cancelled or rescheduled by Energy Door, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will be given the option to either reschedule for a future session or receive a full refund.
